Looking forward to seeing the bill of fair for the Agm, high on the agenda, Imo, will be the unannounced agenda of getting the Sp as low as possible, prior to spud natch, in order that the new managers can get ahem,... as many performance benefits as possible for the same amount of dollar .
This also enables the 'performance' hurdles to be lower than a snakes scrotum( that is not a profanity, check the dictionary) in order to benefit those that do not buy their shares and have no real skin of their own in the game.
Remember the drill , vote early! Vote no!.... At least 48 hours in advance! Standard operating procedure... It's mainly held by retail so shouldnt be a problem to send message, the bod only comprises AP, stickland and Micheal sandy, so a no vote won't affect the Johnson brothers.
Same as last year, overturn the remuneration report imo. Aimho only feel free to disagree tc.
