Ive now emailed multiple times to the appeals court for Ranglea vs Atla, and no one knows anything. No judgement decided and no one knows when judgement will be made. Sounds like same story for TAR about Flinders !

Shareholders may submit questions in advance of the Meeting by email to the Company
Secretary at [email protected] by 5.00pm (WST) on Monday, 27
November 2023. Shareholders who attend the Meeting will also have the opportunity to submit
questions during the Meeting.
