Couple things to note,

Any holdings one has have been heavily diluted

Lawyers still chasing missing funds- no updates?

They want a name change

They want more dilution- check/see agm notes

Any relist will probably see the sp ..... :-(

They say debt free* -*possibly,*no recent news makes that unclear.

They maintain a tiny investment in IDSB and some iSentrics stuff.

And back in October(?) they mentioned the closure of bnpl and had 16 staff collecting loan payments (its odd, coz l understood the old bod didnt issue consumer loans, was more like to entities) one could assume they're still employed, or theyve all gone, but at least one new one. (CFO) Note they never mentioned the value of outstanding consumer loans.they expect to collect.

Probably need more cash soon.

Relist, its a question of when or if there's a driver
