I don't think APs is trying to hide the fact that not drilling horizontals or getting on with 3d is a funding problem, of course it is and we shouldn't have to be told that's the case, it's plainly evident.
We have enough money to do the current program as he's stated, hopefully we can either get some funding for development through another partnership or off take agreement as he's also stated.
He wants production to pay for further developmen, I'd rather this approach as would most I'd imagine
