@Kit67 Usually in places like Australia, when you declare commerciality, you get given a production licence, this has a timer.
However, in Cuba, Andrew Purcell already said he is already on a timer (because the Production Sharing Contract is all you get)... soo maybe he is talking about other logistics and offtake agreements etc.
