    ...agree...got to ask yourself, why would a well funded mid to top tier operator of deepwater assets want to off load a big chunk of the asset 10 years in?... just like anyone selling a used car... you know its faults and upcoming issues...you just need to rope someone in to help you take the hit. intuitively, I'd steer well clear.
