You are going to need 20 more years of dividends to make up for the disastrous slide in the SP. Go ask any successful retailer what their marketing budget is and the answer will be: Substantial. Word of mouth doesn't come close to proper marketing of products and deals. But I suppose the executives know better, that's why the market cap is where it is today and most holders are drowning.
