Their forecast assumptions (below) are just wrong too - done for the seller not the buyer IMO.
E.g. in FY19 (pre-covid), DSK had 100 stores and did $9m profit from $100 revenue whereas store count is 50% higher vs below forecasting only ~$9m profit from ~$150m revenue & 150 stores with measly growth into 3-4 years time wtf.

Share register is loose here so relying on iffy retail SHs - hold the line fellas!

The company is ridiculously cheap on EV/EBIT basis. RAAS did a good research report that ranked Dusk #1 of entire asx retail space for potential return. A very good research report one the best seen.

the neglect is playing right into hands of a bidder

if the company doesnt buy back stock 90% chance it will not be listed imo.
