When you develop a model you create surfaces (top and base) of the body you are modelling (projected). These look like future drill trajectories. You have to specify your estimated intersection interval to the drillers and onsite geologists for a number of reasons.
It is not uncommon to see this kind of stuff, whether they should be showing it to the market is another question,
