This is degenerating into a soapy. Europe has become a high risk for finance capital, with sanctions and asset seizures, 13 rounds of them I think, I lost count, so Archer is probably right.
As @helmdacil and @manny100 said, it was dependent on NATO winning against Russia, well that is not happening. So Europe has no credibility.
