If I am going to endure personal insults, you would assume those people would come back with flawless statements, yet: "All directors go at the start of the meeting". That is incorrect. According to the constitution all director's do not need to be rotated out every year. For example, Nigel Ferguson & Rhett Brans are not up for re-election.
