Yes I’m fully aware NOTHING will stop you constantly whinging until the situation is sorted.
You really have no basis for judging their competence or otherwise, as you have no information on what is actually happening. Just frustration posting. While I get that, it doesn’t help at all.
If the bill was imposed during the fin year, it’s gotta go in that year’s accounts. I explained above why I think management don’t think it a good idea to disclose that as a contingent liability. I’m totally supportive of that decision if it’s leading to us getting a better deal.
Makes little diff to me (or anyone) while we’re in suspension anyway…all will be revealed at a time that best suits us in terms of strategy, and prior to coming out of suspension too, so chill out and wait.
