I have to be honest, It does appear they will not front up to shareholders in person at an AGM without a settlement.
Phone calls and emails are one thing. Fronting up in person and looking in their eyes and seeing the perspiration is another.
Handy for them. Disappointing for Shareholders.
No doubt they have good advice this is acceptable, legally from an accounting perspective. PWC are both LLL and FFX auditors.
