Releasing the 2023 annual financial accounts has not been possible given the uncertainties arising from the current situation in Mali.

Discussions with the Mali Government remain ongoing, incomplete, and confidential and are progressing towards a resolution, which once resolved, will allow for more fulsome disclosures in the full year financial report and the ability to finalise the financial statements for release on the ASX.
