I think they have a duty as it's the only tangible asset an FFX shareholder has now, the better job you did with that asset, the easier it is to let Morila questions fade into the past.
LLL haven't put themselves in a corner at all. It's been pointed out here that they may owe taxes, but they can package this up in any way they see fit and sell it like every other BS announcement on the ASX.
