LLL haven't put themselves in a corner at all. It's been pointed out here that they may owe taxes, but they can package this up in any way they see fit and sell it like every other BS announcement on the ASX.

Agree, FFX has a duty to its holders to ensure its holding in LLL has maximum value.
If that means assisting LLL to get a deal done with Mali by using Morila as a 'carrot' then so be it.
