    Well that likely explains it i guess. Likely a massive cock up from day 1. More a case of hiring A1 lawyers and accountants during negotiations than investing in Mali.
    Barrick stooged FFX on taxes in the Morila sale agreement. Just after signing we got a huge tax bill from Mali. No lessons learned????
