Last few times that they've bought assets, the price has fallen significantly. The HVO purchase in 2017 stands out big time. I guess the market doesn't like uncertainty..Long term, YAL is a great stock to own. They've got decades of production in the pipeline. Blackwater is a perfect fit for YAL, it's just the price and not knowing the hidden boogies post sale that the market needs to be aware of.
