Its an absolute debacle. Yes there has been a loss of knowledge in the leadership team, but perhaps even worse is the large staff turnover in the troops. enormous loss of customer relationships and specialist product knowledge . The customer seems to have been forgotten about as all efforts are focussed on better than before. To hit short term profit targets Bapcor has been putting prices up and is now the most expensive in the industry and losing volume so no wonder this is starting to show in the numbers. And it is pissing off its strategic suppliers big time as its screws them too. What a disaster. So very unsatisfied staff, customers, suppliers and shareholders. Unfortunately the damage has been done and it will very hard to turn around from here.
