Bapcor hit a 12 month low today of just $5.11.
The more shares and performance rights they gift to the CEO the more the share price sinks.
The Board has been asleep at the wheel since it sacked Darryl Abotomy about two years ago when the SP was above $8.
The Board Chairman should resign. She has stuffed every crucial decision. Sacked the CEO, hired a new dud CEO and signed off on an impossible internal cost reduction plan.
When I last posted on Bapcor on 10th Nov'23 the SP was $5.54 and now the market is even less impressed with Bapcor.
