It seems that what you are referring to here is primarily the Burson business. Once the flagship business of Bapcor, all experienced automotive members of the leadership team have been pushed out by the current EGM and in turn has been replaced with a "boys club" from his Blackwoods days, Reportedly the culture in the network is at an all time low with the CEO refusing to acknowledge team members that are being targeted.
