Thanks for that. Just elaborating on twoapples comment regarding loss of specialist knowledge. I would think that the 39% staff turnover rate last year as per the annual report makes that self evident. It really doesn't take a lot of time to research where those staff have gone and which ones have come in without any inside knowledge.
I guess have a look at a few job forums. Sure maybe they are aggrieved individuals but it doesn't paint a great picture.
