he is a non executive chairman.
He’s got a fair whack of performance shares and options in comparison to everyone else.
If he was executive chairman, different story, fair enough.
The other point is director fees have now gone from 300k to $1M per year from memory. Nice pay rise to help with inflation.
Very impressed today, a bit disappointed they had to cancel perth though
