Personally, I find that some of the comments made by the people I've put on ignore simply inflamed my indignation that anyone could reach such dumb conclusions from the same sets of facts. I ended up thinking that many of them were actually being disingenuous and were deliberately trying to sow FUD for reasons that were 'unhelpful'. At one point my wife suggested I put a picture of Brer Rabbit and the Tar Baby on a post-it to remind me that it was not worth my while trying to analyse and critique every conspiracy theory that 'some people' believe in. Life is too short to evaluate every flavour of BS that people think up. I'm pleased to say that the ignore button has been a huge time saver for me. In the end, the realities of life will reveal who was right and who was not.
