There is a lot of positive news and profitability in RDG this financial year.The main issue is the lack of interest from management to promote the company to the broader market other than what their ASX obligations are.

GMA (main global alluvial garnet producer - 4kms south of Australian garnet ) is reportedly for sale with a price tag reported at 500 million.
If it is the press i presume RDG has taken a look and passed.
Their are issues at GMA but it consistently spits out EBITDA of circa 50 to 70 million p.a ...it has probably 50 to 60% of the global market for alluvial garnet

Given mkt cap of RDG is circa 130 million ,would be hard to see how it could buy such a business unless it was debt funded by Min Res.
This would fast track Australian garnet into a major global player in this niche sustainable and environmentally friendly industrial mineral.

We will see but all this news ,with some greater marketing efforts, share price of 8 to 10 cents would reflect fair value for the business.

4.5 cents is ridiculously cheap for what they are doing currently and the near term future outlook
