I'd replace 'appears to be' with 'are', the only rider being if there was to be fraud later discovered, hopefully very unlikely.
'Mr Market' is a grumpy old fellow but he likes to look ahead, yet with JLG he's not giving plaudits. Perhaps he believes that the SP adequately reflects what Directors are suggesting is the outlook.
