I'm a student of history, have a look at the week before last years AGM, that was fairly exciting, the week after was too, mind you.

I also can't help but think that this is the first AGM for all those BEOT who bought in at 27.5c, do you think they are going to sit there quietly and ask patsy questions at the AGM? So there is an incentive for RNU to have something ready. Also i think companies must have an AGM within 6 months of balance date, so RNU could have delayed this meeting until the end of December if they had wanted to.

So two paths of thought, either some share price improving news in imminent or DC and the Board are comfortable to face up to probably grumpy shareholders.
