agree however it’s all relative,
price has more than halved from recent highs for the exact reason you have outlined. On the flip side if evidence begins to show the sale of coal is becoming a reality that can quickly change and some of those sellers will quickly turn back to buyers for the reasons they were here in the first place
if selling coal becomes a reality this is seriously undervalued. If coal isn’t sold then it’s just another penny dreadful that won’t go anywhere
