    One can only assume that the application for an extension to holding the AGM had been previously filed with ASIC!

    I do hope PwC who are our auditors have this all correct, because I has me dumbfounded that a future (possible) payment arising from a past (previous year) event wasn't / isn't covered with notes of contingent liabilities.
