An interesting and curious read - not sure whether its a laugh or cry!
Apparently EMS has been "incredibly active" doing something. According to the Oxford dictionary - "incredible" /(adjective) 1.impossible to believe. 2.hard to believe, scarcely credible, unconvincing, far-fetched". Seems about right.
The review of operations spends a lot of space on the REE prospect without evening mentioning that it was drilled and was a duster. Strange.
