    If something happens on the 1st of October, then they released the report on 'x' October, they would need to include whatever happened on the 1st Oct in the annual report.

    My point is, they don't have to include what happens in October in the annual report (because it's September) even though they previously reported at the end of October for the last 2 years (whilst in a drilling campaign).
