It couldn't possibly be that CUPET need the rig for another quick gas well?
From Sherritt's 2Q report pg37; "During the quarter, Energas began receiving additional gas from two gas wells drilled by Union Cubapetroleo. The gas isprovided to Energas free of charge for the use in power generation. Opportunities to further increase gas supply for additionalpower production continue to be investigated"
