Yes and aware that so many are also given performance rights to 'perform' - there's one company where a recent appointment has resulted in such even as the person appointed does not have any shares held in the company. Directors get a salary even if performance rights do not vest or irrespective of share price levels - even lack of performance.

Do firmly believe there should be policies where it is mandatory for directors to hold shares in the companies they work for - that would align their interests with holders in a more 'equitable' risk basis. Of course many will argue otherwise but key people are different to normal employees and even if a company fails they milked the company in salaries along the way in ways normal employees do not - and of course shareholders bear the most risk - hence aligning interests would make directors share that burden.

The hype as far as MAY is concerned has left the building for now presumably many heading onto the next big one having exited here - hence lower liquidity - buyers will have to pay more for mine. Here for longer term so whatever happens, happens but yes at 20 odd cents a few more smiles - for now, only frowns. AIMO
