Very informative and educational post, I hope JP knows the OPT story and if so should reinforce the current company direction, while he hasn't completely ruled out taking 2591 through to P3 my feeling is he's a pretty savvy individual and would/should be aware of the pitfalls.
I still have this feeling that a very good fit for NEU SH's would be a buyout via part cash (say $40-$50/sh) plus part scrip so true believers who want to see this through can still have an interest in the game while others can sell out completely if they so desire.
Interested to hear other opinions.
