Dumb ..I think you will find that once the suitor has 50.1% of the stock and control the board ,you will find the rest of the shareholders will fold up like tents .You will find that most of the board and management have been in Neu for 5 ,10 and 20 years and probably don’t want to die with their boots on and will take a reasonable offer .For the records I am a large shareholder of NEU and would want the maximum price for a takeover but I am also a realist .
