Great results for sizzler hahah
The $20mil sale absolutely reeks of desperation. They needed the $20mil to prop up the annual results. I think we all ought to invest in whoever bought sizzler from CKF. its 7year return on investment in a risk free stable business with crazy margins. I don't understand how the SP is still at $10. is that everyone is expecting interest rates to drop?
ROA is at 6.7% and it boggles my mind how they have increased their debt burden. Surly their interest payments approach their 6.7% ROA?
