What will happen,if the judge decides that SWM and ACE pay lawsuit costs regarding RBS case to Nine Network and Age?
IMO,it is RBS's personal private lawsuit,but helped by the person in SWM and ACE.
So SWM and ACE are not lawsuit parties.
How can Nine and Age ask their lawsuit costs to be paid by SWM and Age?
In the worst case,shareholders in SWM should ask or sue them to pay back the amount paid to Nine and Age by SWM.
