Shine say there will be a return to dividends in their upcoming half year results. But you are right dlight, I cannot see this happening. Either Shine are delusional or misleading. I am not sure which is better. How can they say that they will be returning to dividends shortly when they still have a 32m bill they need to meet? I can only imagine the advice Shine received about making a further application for interest. Or maybe they did not get one, otherwise their bank would want to see it. Everyone can see exactly what the court is saying in that judgment, and yet Shine say they were invited to make further submissions and purport to have a chance at getting a substantial amount of interest. To the contrary, the judgment is a strong warning to not press the issue.
