I agreed that they recovered some or all or the principal from the earlier costs order, I just could not find if they applied it.
This disbursement facility is the biggest anchor on Shine, but they do not communicate clearly to shareholders about how much principal or interest is still owing, and if they have to pay it all, what arrangements they have with the disbursement funder or their bank. I can’t see this firm continuing to be listed long term.
