I think FY24 will be tougher than what Portfolio Plus has estimated. There is alot to still play out. They won't run out of money, but there will still be a big interest bill relative to the amount owing and until they get the 8 Million from the PFAS settlement I don't see them paying more of these borrowings in a hurry.
