Ann: 2023 Annual Report, page-2

After avoiding looking at this stock for a few weeks, I could not help but take a peek ... and then I wished I hadn't. I thought I'd read the annual report for any hint that PAN had a future until I read Victor's MD letter and just about choked on the words "it is with immense pride that I provide this overview ...".

Having watched some of his presentations, including the nickel paydirt unlocked from around a year or so ago, I can't say that I have been overly impressed with his performance to articulate his knowledge and insight into the nickel market, unlike IGO's Peter Bradford.

But those few words for me, left me utterly speechless, and realising that this company that I had invested, and obviously lost, a fair bit of money, need to move this guy on. He, in my opinion, is way out of his depth and his partly responsible for the shambles that has become this company. Why the board persist on keeping him on his beyond comprehension.
