I think the small volume traders might be those that manipulate the share to lows as they know there are announcements on the way . IIQ is on the traders radar for its volatility imo . The SP races up historically on announcements considerably. At least there Is interest out there ,IIQ is known is one way of looking at it I guess . The highs just need to stick so we can build on it ! It’s very frustrating
