This process has taken a lot longer than expected especially after GQG announced their attention to offer. Having so many parties that are intertwined, i thought the process would of been quick but maybe it has slowed it all down. The history of failed takeovers does worry me a bit.
For people on twitter Jeremy Raper @puppyeh1 has today posted a good outline of what has happened and why he thinks that it is a good opportunity to buy now. Especially around the $9 price
