    If GQG bid, you would assume there would a part cash component with the transaction.

    The cash they hold is nominal as per June 2023 (~$50m), but is slowly accumulating given they only distribute 90% of earnings.

    GQG could easily could get a further funding line of ~$150m, to make the bid 50% cash & balance script.
