While it doesn't look great on $/boe for production costs some of this is reasonable due to:
1. Inflation will have to have an impact and:
2. fixed costs of production are being spread over a smaller level of production
Lower production in WA and DLNG having a big impact there.
Barossa coming online will help boost production and lower $/boe and make these metrics look better again
