Hadn't DXS been trading at a substantial discount (c.40pc) to what net assets were valued at before today's $1.2 billion writedown?
Like Eey Ore. I've been watching DXS as I believe it's a well run, relatively low profile major company, but have similar questions about the future of it even though an article or two has suggested (prior to today) it was one of the most undervalued 'REITs' if I can use that term.
I do not hold any REITs so can be neutral about these: I have no basis to up (or down) ramp as my priorities (evidenced by 'HC' posts) lie elsewhere.
