Yes the Dexus selling has been pretty relentless. My guess is its foreign institutions selling to reduce their worldwide exposure to office. Or maybe they covering redemptions in their own fund. Just guesses of course. Office real estate is on the nose worldwide. I am a buyer at these levels so i don't mind that others are selling. If you are a technical trader i guess you would wait longer for a bottom to form. I am buying on the basis that i am happy to hold Dexus at a 7% yield.
