There will be a lot smarter posters than me with the ability to understand and dissect this proposal.

I like to keep things simple. How would I draft the proposal if I was privileged to their information or what that may be? I would include a low conversion and I would, whether it was required or not afford an extended expiry date… why not? Just makes sense and let’s face it had they put a six month expiry on the options the market would be in a frenzy… still comes back to inside knowledge on what is being proposed as it all in favour of the BOD and Management…..and partly success driven which can only be a good thing…
