All good - I just read your post as if the company are just writing the announcement and the ASX decide price-sensitivity. Was just clarifying as there's an important difference between the ASX deciding price sensitivity and the ASX just holding the power to override it.
IMO it would be quite rare for ASX to override the price sensitivity and believe this would be done in response to a complaint not a proactive analysis of the announcement.
If it did happen would we know? Ie. Would a separate announcement be made stating that ASX have overridden the declared price sensitivity?
