They are announcing either a short delay as the next drill gets permits allowed or if that well gets cancelled an acceleration of the program by at least 45 days .
They are not stepping away from their firm commitment to batch drill two wells and depending on the results of that well a third all from the SM58 platform .

They will tell us how they will manage the financials to enable that soon enough .
They must have a plan .
Maybe they will have a farm in partner ?
May be they have leveraged up a big pre payment .
Maybe some ones very rich uncle has died , Lol .
